

EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION
on the holding of an investor professional day organized on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the CIG Pannónia Group's presence on the stock exchange
CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Public Limited Company (registered office: 1097 Budapest Könyves Kálmán krt. 11, building "B"; company registration number: 01 10 045857; registration court: Registry Court of the Capital City Court) (Company or Issuer) and the CIG Pannónia Group, which it represents on the capital market, entered the Budapest Stock Exchange as an issuer 15 years ago and has thus been part of the Hungarian capital market for 15 years.
Our company's management held an investor event and institutional professional day on this festive occasion, following the ringing of the BSE anniversary bell, on November 7, 2025, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., where CEO Dr. István Fedák reported on the company's activities and future plans between 11 a.m. and 1 pm, where CEO Dr. István Fedák reported on the results of the five years following the ownership and management changes that took place in the early 2020s, and the current status of the market position consistently built in line with the Growth Strategy1 created by the Company, which now means that the CIG Pannónia Group has become one of the most stable medium-sized players in the Hungarian insurance sector and is able to ensure further development through continuous innovation.
