Acquisition of property in Volos for the development of student residences

& official opening of new student housing units in Volos and Larissa

Athens, November 7 th, 2025

PREMIA Properties ("PREMIA" or the "Company") announces the acquisition of a property located at 133^A , Antonopoulou Street, in the center of Volos (locally known as "Tachydromos"), for the amount of €1.7 million.

The property is a seven-story building with a total area of 3,070 sq.m., which will be converted into modern student residences with a capacity of 57 rooms, further strengthening PREMIA's portfolio in this sector. The new complex is expected to become operational within 2026.

In addition, in a particularly joyful atmosphere, PREMIA celebrated the official opening of its new student housing properties in Volos (34, El. Venizelou Street) and Larissa (65, Papakyriazi Street).
