Notificata a Consob la pubblicazione del KID sui diritti inoptati

Verona, 7 novembre 2025. Creactives Group S.p.A. ("Creactives" o "Società") (ISIN IT0005408593 - ticker: CREG), società internazionale e PMI Innovativa fiscalmente ammissibile, quotata su Euronext Growth Milan – Segmento Professionale ("Euronext Growth Milan Pro"), che sviluppa tecnologie di intelligenza artificiale nel campo della Supply Chain, rende noto che in data odierna è stato notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob il KID ("Key Information Document") per i diritti inoptati (codice ISIN IT0005674772), come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con l'obiettivo di raffigurare le caratteristiche del prodotto in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore – ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) n. 1286/2014 e della relativa normativa di attuazione – con cui si vuole garantire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti e aumentare il grado di trasparenza delle informazioni riguardanti tali strumenti.

Il KID relativo ai diritti inoptati è stato altresì pubblicato sul sito internet della Società (www.creactives.com) nella sezione "Investor Relations/Aumento di Capitale".

Notification to Consob of the publication of the KID on unopted rights

Verona, November 7, 2025. Creactives Group S.p.A. ("Creactives" or the "Company") (ISIN IT0005408593 - ticker: CREG), an international company and fiscally eligible Innovative SME, listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment ("Euronext Growth Milan Pro"), that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, announces that today the KID (Key Information Document) for unopted rights (ISIN code IT0005674772) was notified to the relevant Consob offices, as required by current regulations.

The KID is a concise, standardized information document designed to describe the characteristics of the product in a way that is easily accessible and understandable to investors – in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1286/2014 and the related implementing legislation – with the aim of ensuring comparability between different products and increasing the transparency of information regarding these instruments.

The KID relating to the unopted rights has also been published on the Company's website (www.creactives.com) in the "Investor Relations/Capital Increase" section.
