Bure's share capital and number of shares on 27 February 2009

As per 27 February 2009 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) amounts to 50,348,808, of which Bure itself holds 0 shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 300,100,000.

At the beginning of the month the total number of shares in the company amounted to 83,914,680, of which Bure itself held 0 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 300,100,000.

The reduction of shares during February is due to the fact that 33,565,872 shares have been cancelled in accordance with decision regarding share redemption programme of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 11 December 2008. The share capital remains SEK 300,100,000 due to a bonus issue without issuing any new shares decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 11 December 2008.
