Digi Communications N.V. ("Digi") announces that on 14 November 2025 at 14:00 UK time/ 16:00 EET (Romania local time), will host a conference call to discuss its Q3 2025 financial results. The Company will publish the unaudited Q3 2025 financial results on the same day, 14 November 2025 at 08:00 am EET (Romania local time).

The call will be held in English language, and it will be hosted by the Company's CEO, Mr. Serghei Bulgac, and the Company's CFO, Mr. Dan Ionita.
