This is the result of the reorganisation of the previously standard legal structure of Grenke Beteiligung GmbH & Co. KG into a single-member limited partnership structure, in which the KG holds all shares in the General Partner GmbH. In this single-member limited partnership structure, Grenke Vermögensverwaltung GmbH no longer serves as the parent company of Grenke Beteiligung GmbH & Co. KG.
