MEKONOMEN AKTIEBOLAG (publ) - NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

With reference to the dividend payment proposed by the Board of Directors (item 10 of the proposed agenda), the company wants to correct the information provided in the notification of the Annual General Meeting. The final date for trading in the company's shares including entitlement to the dividend is 22 April 2009 (and not 27 April 2009, which is the proposed record date).
