Transactions under the share buyback program related to the employee share savings scheme

For the period from and including 3 November 2025 to 6 November 2025 SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA has purchased own shares. Overview of transaction is attached.

The shares have been acquired as part of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge’s savings scheme for employees. For more information about the employee savings scheme and the buyback program, reference is made the stock exchange notice dated 20 January 2025 and the stock exchange notice dated 24 April 2025. The buyback program will remain in effect until December 2025.

Following the completion of the above transactions, SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA owns a total of 175.463 own shares, corresponding to 0.05 % of the bank’s issued shares.

An overview of all transactions made under SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge’s buyback program that have been carried out during the above-mentioned time period is attached.
