Transparency Declaration

Brussels, November 6, 2025 – Orange Belgium hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14 February 2008:

On October 30, 2025, Orange Belgium received a transparency declaration from TFG Asset Management UK LLP stating that, as of October 27, 2025, TFG Asset Management UK LLP, holds 2 019 604 shares and 6 730 396 equivalent financial instruments for a total of 8 750 000 voting rights, representing 12.98% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The disclosure obligation is due to the total holdings of TFG Asset Management UK LLP in voting rights (section 10 A), held directly by controlled undertakings, going above 3%.

An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Orange Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):

• 1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;
• 1. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
