The Company announces that on 5 November 2025, the following Director was granted options over ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each in the Company under the Computacenter UK 2025 Sharesave Scheme, an all-employee share scheme.

The options were granted at an Option Price of £22.12 and can normally be exercised between 1 December 2030 and 31 May 2031. The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
