On Thursday, November 20, 2025, BANK HAPOALIM B.M. (the Bank) is expected to publish its nancial statements for the third quarter of 2025 (hereinafter: the nancial statements).

The nancial statements will be available for viewing on the Bank's website (in Hebrew) at www.bankhapoalim.co.il in the 'About the Bank' section, as well as on the Israel Securities Authority distribution website (MAGNA) and on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange website.

On the same day, at 17:00 (Israel time), the Bank will hold a conference call/webinar in English to review its nancial results. You can join the call/webinar using the following link: BankHapolimQ3.2025 (You may also register in advance via the link). No password/access code is required. The results review will be in listen-only mode, followed by a Q&A session.

The webinar will be accompanied by a presentation, which will be published on the day of release of the nancial statements on the Israel Securities Authority distribution website (MAGNA), on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange website, and on the Investor Relations – Financial Information page on the Bank's English website at www.bankhapoalim.com.

A recording of the conference call/webinar will be available starting from one business day after the call, on the Investor Relations page of the Bank's English website (at the aforementioned address).
