Re: Expected date for publication of nancial statements for Q3 2025 and conference call via service

The Company is pleased to announce that it expects to publish its nancial statements for the third quarter of 2025, on November 24, 2025, subject to approval by the Company's Board of Directors. Should there be any change to this date, the Company will notify thereof in an immediate report.

Furthermore, the Company is pleased to announce that on November 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM, a conference call will take place via the ZOOM video service, with the participation of the Company's CEO and CFO, in connection with the Company's nancial statements for the third quarter of 2025, which will be published earlier that day in the morning prior to the conference call.

Starting from November 25, 2025, a recording of the conference call will be available on the Company's website at the following link: https://www.melisron.co.il/.
