DATRIX SIGNS NEW SPECIALIST AGREEMENT WITH BANCO BPM

Milan, October 28, 2025 – Datrix S.p.A. ("Datrix" or the "Company"), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker: DATA.MI - ISIN IT00054683) and the first international ecosystem of Artificial Intelligence software companies, announces that it has today signed an agreement with Banco BPM ("BPM") for the appointment of a Specialist.

The agreement, which lasts three years, will be effective starting from December 4th, 2025 and will continue until December 3rd, 2028. According to the terms of the contract, BPM, in addition to the activities envisaged by the relevant legislation for the role of Specialist on Euronext Growth Milan, with the obligation to display buy and sell quotes on the stock, through Banca Akros, Corporate Investment Bank of the Banco BPM Group, will also follow the financial analysis of the Datrix stock with the production of dedicated research in compliance with regulations (EU) no. 596/2014 and n. 2017/565.

The appointment of BPM follows the termination of the agreement with Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., which was communicated to the market upon the publication of the half-year financial report as of June 30, 2025, and is set to expire on December 3, 2025.
