Notice Regarding Conference Call for Financial Reports Review

FIRST INTERNATIONAL BANK OF ISRAEL LTD. (the Bank) is expected to publish its nancial report as of 30.9.2025 (the Financial Reports) on Monday, 17 November 2025. On the same day at 12:00 (Israel time), the Bank will hold a telephone conference call (the Conference Call) regarding the Financial Reports.

The Financial Reports and the presentation that will accompany the Conference Call will be published before the Conference Call on the Bank's website: https://www.bi.co.il/private/general/nancialreports/reports/reports2025/

As well as on the distribution website of the Israel Securities Authority at www.magna.isa.gov.il and on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange website at www.tase.co.il.

The telephone number for joining the Conference Call is: 03-9180688 (no access code required).

No later than one business day after the Conference Call, a recording of the Conference Call will be uploaded to the Bank's website.

It should be claried that the Conference Call does not replace the need to review the Financial Reports and all the Bank's reports according to law, which include the full information, including any forward-looking information therein, in accordance with Section 32A of the Securities Law, 1968.
