Report Content The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that the Company has receivednotifications pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering,prepared by Mr. Paweł Wilk, acting personally as well as a party to theagreement referred to in Article 87(1)(5) of the Act of 29 July 2005 onPublic Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instrumentsto an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, i.e. anagreement comprising Ms. Ewa Baczyńska-Wilk and Mr. Paweł Wilk, who, inaccordance with Article 87(3) of the said Act, has been designated bythe parties to the agreement as the party responsible for fulfilling theobligations referred to in Article 69 of the Act, regarding the changein their share of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.TheManagement Board encloses the notifications received by the Company.
