Completion of tax audit for fiscal year 2024

5 November 2025 – Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that, following the completion of the tax audit for fiscal year 2024 by its certified auditors, it has received a "Tax Compliance Report without qualifications".

The subsidiaries of the Group Athens Exchange Clearing House (ATHEXClear) and Hellenic Central Securities Depository (ATHEXCSD) also received a Tax Compliance Report without qualifications for fiscal year 2024.
