Key information relating to an additional dividend to be paid by Cambi ASA

Reference is made to the annual general meeting 2025 in Cambi ASA, during which the Board of Directors was authorised to resolve distribution of dividends based on the annual accounts for 2024.

In line with the authorisation, the Board of Directors of Cambi ASA has approved the following additional dividend payment for the financial year 2024:

- Dividend amount: 0.45

- Declared currency: NOK

- Last day including right: 7 November 2025

- Ex-date: 10 November 2025

- Record date: 11 November 2025

- Payment date: on or about 20 November 2025
