Purchase price for Banque Invik SA agreed

Moderna Finance AB and Scribona have agreed on the last part of the purchase price for the acquisition of Banque Invik S.A..

The purchase price, including acquisition costs of SEK 1 million, amount totally to SEK 229 million. Final payment of the acquisition price will be made today.

Equity in Banque Invik, on acquisition date April 20 2009 amounted to SEK 387 million and therefore a provision of SEK 158 million will be made.
