Report Content Change of release date of consolidated quarterly report for the thirdquarter of 2025
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that the release date of the Company's consolidated quarterlyreport for the third quarter of 2025 ended 30 September 2025, scheduledfor 20 November 2025 (as announced in the current report No. 3/2025dated 28 January 2025), is changed to 1 December 2025.
Simultaneously, pursuant to Art 63 section 1 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic informationsubmitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizingas equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-memberstate of the European Union, Company reiterates that the consolidatedquarterly reports of GTC Group contain the quarterly financialinformation of the parent entity, and the Company does not submitseparate standalone quarterly reports.
