Longshield Investment Group SA, through its administrator, SAI Muntenia Invest SA, informs shareholders and investors about the material error in the preamble of the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Longshield Investment Group SA dated April 29, 2025, in the sense that instead of:

"(…) with the participation of shareholders holding 272,243,746 shares, which represent 35.7695% of the company's share capital and 36.5554% of the total voting rights exercisable by the company's shareholders as of the reference date, April 17, 2025 (…)"

it will read:

"(…) with the participation of shareholders holding 272,245,092 shares, which represent 35.7697% of the company's share capital and 36.5555% of the total voting rights that can be exercised by the company's shareholders on reference date 17.04.2025 (…)"

We note that the rest of the content of the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Longshield Investment Group SA of April 29, 2025 is correctly drafted.
