Ş irketimizin 2025-2028 dönemi stratejik plan ı kapsamında, 01.07.2025 tarihli Özel Durum Aç ıklaması ile duyurulan EGE-1 Termoplastik Boru Üretim Tesisimiz tamamlanarak üretime ba şlamıştır. T esisimizin 2026 yılı 1. çeyre ğinden itibaren ciromuza katkı sağlaması öngörülmektedir.

Bölgesel ekonominin kalkınmasına katkıda bulunmayı hedeflediğimi z b u yatırım için T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı tarafından yatırım teşvik belgesi onaylanmış olup , t eşvik kapsamında ön görülen destek unsurları; "Sigorta Primi İşveren Hissesi 2 Yıl", "Vergi İndirimi % 6 0, YKO % 2 0" ve " Gümrük Vergisi Muafiyeti" " KDV istisnası" şeklindedir.

Within the scope of our Company's 2025-2028 strategic plan, the EGE-1 Thermoplastic Pipe Production Facility, announced via the Special Circumstances Disclosure dated 01.07.2025, has been completed and commenced production. It is anticipated that this facility will contribute to our revenue starting from the first quarter of 2026.

An investment incentive certificate for this project, which aims to contribute to the development of the regional economy, has been approved by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology. The support elements foreseen under the incentive include; "Employer's Social Security Premium Contribution for 2 Years", "60% Tax Reduction, 20% Investment Contribution Rate (ICR)" and "Customs Duty Exemption" "VAT Exemption".
