Resolution No. 380/2025 of the Budapest Stock Exchange Plc.

Budapest, 5 November 2025

The Budapest Stock Exchange Plc. as authorized under Part I, Chapter 3, Section 3.2. a) of Book Five "Trading Rules" of the "The General Terms of Service of the Budapest Stock Exchange" resolves that the following days shall be trading holidays in 2026:

	25 December	Friday	Christmas
	31 December	Thursday	New Year's Eve

The following Saturdays in 2026 – which are declared business days in Hungary – shall also be nontrading days: 10 January, 8 August, 12 December.
