Ratos announces changes in the Leadership Team

Anders Slettengren, Executive Vice President, is leaving Ratos to join the Management Team at Axel Johnson as EVP Strategy & Investments. The appointment will take effect no later than April 2026.

"Anders has through his strong business acumen, deep understanding of corporate development, and strategic expertise, played a key role as Business Area Manager and Chairman in several of our companies. His contributions have significantly strengthened Ratos' stability and driven positive EBITA development during the period. He has been a highly appreciated Chairman in the companies under his responsibility. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Anders for his valuable contributions to the management team and wish him every success in his future role," says Jonas Wiström, President and CEO of Ratos.
