Notice about the changes to the subscribed share capital pursuant to Art. 85-bis of the Consob Issuers Regulation

Milan, September 5th , 2024 –Digital Bros (DIB:MI), video games company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan (ISIN: IT0001469995) and part of the FTSE Italia Small Cap index, pursuant to Art. 85-bis, paragraph 4, of the Issuers Regulation, announces that the composition of the Company's subscribed share capital, following the partial exercise of no. 2,100 options on June 8 th, 2022 and no. 2,100 options on July 4th, 2022 under its 2016-2026 Stock Option Plan, is as follows:
