NCC receives construction assignment outside Oslo for SEK 150 M

NCC Construction Norway has secured an assignment to construct office, warehouse and parking premises in the Municipality of Asker, 20 kilometers west of Oslo. The customer is Gjerdrum Eiendom AS and the contract is worth a total of about SEK 150 million.

The construction project comprises 13,400 square meters of floor space and is situated adjacent to the E18 Expressway in the Municipality of Asker. Construction is expected to take 17 months to complete and is scheduled to commence on February 1, 2010. Pre-engineering and planning of the project will commence immediately.

Between 15 and 20 NCC employees will work on the project and the order will be registered in the fourth quarter of 2009.
