(registered seat: 1015 Budapest, Batthyány utca 3. fszt. 1.; hereinafter: the "Company") hereby informs the public that Adventum Penta Co-Investment SCSp – investment vehicle of EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), being the second largest shareholder of the Company, managed by Adventum Befektetési Alapkezelő Zrt. (registered seat: 1015 Budapest, Batthyány utca 3. fszt. 1.; company registration number: 01-10-044114) – has informed the Company that EBRD, having reached its transition objectives in this project, is now looking to unwind its participation in the Company as the Company embarks on further expansion across the CEE region.
