MARE GROUP: ADDITION TO THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR WITH KPIs FOR THE FIRST NINE MONTHS OF 2025

(ticker MARE.MI), , an engineering company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in Italy and abroad in innovation through enabling technologies ("Mare Group" or the "Company"), announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, the addition to the 2025 Corporate Events Calendar with the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for November 25, 2025, to review the main economic and financial indicators (Production Value, EBITDA, and Net Financial Position) on a pro forma basis as of September 30, 2025.
