ÅF makes two minor acquisitions in Sweden

ÅF has taken over, through its Engineering Division, two business operations with a total of 27 highly qualified consultants in Malmö and Gothenburg, in Sweden.

The first acquisition is of 14 consultants in the Malmö-based company, Etteplan. These consultants work with industrial automation and project management services. The acquisition extends ÅF's client base and further strengthens the company's expertise in the Malmö region, where ÅF currently has a total of approximately 250 consultants.

The second acquisition is of 13 consultants in the Gothenburg-based company, Elektroautomatik. These consultants work with industrial automation and project management services. The acquisition extends ÅF's client base and further strengthens the company's expertise in the Gothenburg region, where ÅF currently has a total of approximately 350 consultants.

The acquisitions do not give rise to any goodwill for ÅF.
