Nomination Committee of Alfa Laval for the Annual General Meeting 2010

The nomination committee of Alfa Laval has held its inaugural meeting. At this meeting, Finn Rausing was elected chairman of the nomination committee.

The other members are: Bo Selling – Alecta, Lars-Åke Bokenberger – AMF-Pension, Jan Andersson – Swedbank Robur Fonder, Peter Rönström – Lannebo Fonder and Anders Narvinger – Chairman of the Board of Alfa Laval. Jan Andersson replaces the previously appointed representative of Swedbank Robur Fonder - Mats Lagerqvist.

The Annual General Meeting of Alfa Laval AB will be held at Färs & Frosta Sparbank Arena, Klostergårdens idrottsområde, Stattenavägen in Lund, Sweden, on Monday, 26 April, 2010, at 16.00 (CET).
