Further to media publications regarding changes in the organizational structure of the Company pertaining to the merger of the Information Systems Division with the Engineering Division, the Company claries that no decisions have yet been made by the authorized organs of the Company regarding such changes.

The Company examines, from time to time, changes in its organizational structure, and to the extent that such changes are approved by the authorized organs of the Company, they will be reported as required by law.
