MyHealthChecked PLC (AIM: MHC) announces that at the General Meeting ('GM') of the Company held earlier today, the sole resolution to approve the disposal of Concepta Diagnostics Limited ("Disposal") put to the Company's shareholders was duly passed.

1.    To approve the disposal of Concepta Diagnostics Limited	21,657,827	95.85%	936,672	4.15%

The Disposal is expected to complete shortly at which point at which a further announcement will be made.
