Further to the Company's immediate report dated October 29, 2025 (the "Previous Report"), regarding the expected publication date of the Company's financial statements for the third quarter of 2025 (the "Financial Statements"), the Company hereby announces that on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 15:30 (Israel time), it will hold an investor webinar to review the Financial Statements and provide an update on the Company's ongoing activities, with the participation of the Company's management.

As stated in the Previous Report, the Financial Statements will be published approximately two hours prior to the start of the investor webinar.

Please note that the webinar will be conducted in English. Attendees will be able to submit questions in Hebrew, which will be translated and answered in English.

No later than one business day following the webinar, the Company will publish a link to the website where a recording of the webinar will be available.

The Company intends to publish a presentation about the Company shortly before the webinar, which will be presented during the event.

It is clarified that the webinar does not replace the need to review the Company's immediate and periodic reports and presentations, which include the full information regarding the Company's activities, including forward-looking information as defined under Section 32A of the Israeli Securities Law, 1968.

It is further clarified that this immediate report and the webinar do not constitute an offer and/or invitation to purchase the Company's securities.
