Re: Immediate Report

Further to the Company's immediate report dated October 29, 2025 (hereinafter: the Previous Report), regarding the expected date for the publication of the Company's nancial statements for the third quarter of 2025¹ (hereinafter: the Financial Statements), the Company is pleased to announce that on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 15:30, the Company will hold an investor conference in webinar format to review the Financial Statements and provide an update on the Company's ongoing activities, with the participation of the Company's management. Further to the Previous Report, the Company's Financial Statements will be published approximately two hours prior to the beginning of the investors' conference.

It should be claried that the conference will be held in English, and it will be possible to ask questions in Hebrew as well, which will be translated and answered in English.

No later than one business day after the conference call, the Company will publish the link to a website where a recording of the call can be found.

The Company intends to publish, shortly before the conference, a presentation about the Company, which will be presented during the conference.

The conference does not replace the need to review the Company's immediate and periodic reports and the presentations published by the Company from time to time, which include the full information about the Company's activities, including forward-looking information included therein in accordance with Section 32A of the Securities Law, 1968.
