SUBJECT: Notice on the enforceability of the Decision on Selection

ING-GRAD Jsc., with its registered office in Zagreb, Kalinovica 3, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 93245284305, announces that in the open public procurement procedure, procurement reference number 1584- 2025-EMV, for the subject of procurement: Construction of the Odra primary school sports hall, the Decision on Selection (decision number: 406-05/25-004/513, 251-05-40-25-35) dated October 21, 2025, became final and enforceable on November 3, 2025.

Given the enforceability of the Decision on Selection, the contracting of the selected bid submitted by the economic operator ING-GRAD Jsc. with the Contracting Authority – the City of Zagreb, Trg Stjepana Radića 1, City of Zagreb, will proceed, in the amount of EUR 5,380,340.91 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 6,725,426.14 including VAT.
