Director and PDMR Dealings

Big Technologies plc (AIM:BIG), a leading provider of electronic monitoring solutions, announces that it has been notified that Sangita Shah, Interim Chair has purchased 73,170 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). It has also been notified that Camilla Macun, Non-Executive Director has sold and immediately repurchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares.

Additionally, Charles Lewinton, having been awarded 1,187,796 Ordinary Shares under the growth share plan on 6 August 2025 has, following the end of the close period relating to the Group's interim results, sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares. As a result of this award and subsequent disposal, Charles' holding has increased from 802,501 to 1,490,297 since 6 August 2025.

Following the disposals, the Directors and PDMRs are beneficially interested in the voting capital of the Company as follows:
