The Board of Directors has decided to issue TRY denominated green and/or sustainable debt instruments through public offering up to TRY 30 billion nominal domestically, within the scope of the "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, in batches with various amounts, types, terms and yields; and the Head Office has been authorized for the determination of all conditions, making necessary applications to Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and Capital Markets Board of Türkiye and executing all operations by other authorities regarding the debt issuances which will be made through public offering, private placement, and/or sales to qualified investors. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
