As at 31st October 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 136,314,903 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights.  The Company holds 42,158,466 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31st October 2025, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc is 94,156,437.

The above figure (94,156,437) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
