For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this announcement is 29,746,675 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,746,675.
