Nederman's acquisition of Dantherm Filtration complete

The acquired business will be consolidated into the Nederman Group from today, 30 April 2010.

The acquisition means that Nederman Holding AB will double its business and become the global market leader in industrial air filtration. The acquired company, Dantherm Filtration, is a leading industrial air filtration equipment manufacturer. Dantherm Filtration had sales of almost SEK 980 million in 2009 with 900 employees and prior to the acquisition was a business area of the listed Danish Group Dantherm A/S.

The deal is presented in further detail in a press release issued on 26 March 2010. Nederman will notify the future effects to the Group in conjunction with the Q2 report.
