The Company is pleased to announce that on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 11:00, a conference call will be held, via the ZOOM application, with participation from representatives of the Company's management, to review the nancial statements of the Company for the third quarter of 2025, which ended on September 30, 2025. Should there be a change to the above time, the Company will provide an update through an immediate report.
The Company's nancial statements for the third quarter of 2025, which ended on September 30, 2025, will be published subject to completion of the review by the Company's accountants and approval of the nancial statements by the Board of Directors prior to the conference call.
The presentation that will accompany the conference call will be published through an immediate report by the Company close to the publication of the nancial statements.
A recording of the investors' call will be available shortly after the end of the call at: https://www.ashtrom.co.il/investorsrelations
The conference call does not replace the need to review the nancial statements as well as the Company's immediate reports, including all information contained therein in accordance with Section 32a of the Securities Law, 1968.
