Genel Kurulun 17.04.2025 tarihli toplantısında kâr payının iki eşit taksitte nakit olarak ödenmesine ve dağıtım tarihlerinin Şirketimizin nakit akışına göre kesinleştirilmesi konusunda Yönetim Kurulunun yetkilendirilmesine ve nakit kar dağıtımının yapılacağı tarihlerin, asgari on beş gün öncesinde alınacak bir yönetim kurulu kararı ile belirlenerek Şirketimizce Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda yapılacak özel durum açıklaması ile duyurulmasına karar verildiği hususlarını da dikkate alınarak,

2024 yılı temettü ödemesinin Şirketimizin nakit akışına göre tek taksit halinde ödenmesine ve ödeme tarihinin 02.12.2025 olarak belirlenmesine,

Kar payının tek taksit halinde ödenmesi hususunun yapılacak ilk genel kurul toplantısında ortaklarımızın bilgisine sunulmasına,

karar verilmiştir.
