TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Board of CT UK High Income Trust PLC announces that on 31 October 2025 the Company purchased 125,000 B shares at a price of 95.75p per B share to be held in treasury.

Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 102,067,144 Ordinary shares and 32,076,703 B shares, of which 16,494,491 Ordinary shares and 1,742,953 B shares are held in treasury.  Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in CT UK High Income Trust PLC is 85,572,653 Ordinary shares and 30,333,750 B shares.
