Mandatory notification of trade by close associates

31 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by M

Vest Water AS (the "Company") on 29 October 2025 regarding the successfully

placed private placement of 1,000,000 new shares in the Company, each at a

subscription price of NOK 8.00 (the "Offer Price") (the "Private Placement").

M Vest Invest AS, a closely associated company to Tor Olav Gabrielsen, the

chairperson of the Company's board of directors, has subscribed for and been

allocated 1,318,558 new shares (the "New Shares") in the Company at a

subscription price of NOK 8 per share. Of the New Shares, 266,667 shares were

subscribed for in connection with the Private Placement and 1,051,891 shares

have been subscribed for in connection with the conversion of a shareholder

loan into additional shares in the Company at a price per share equal to the

Offer Price.

Subject to the issuance of the New Shares, M Vest Invest AS holds 11,980,774

shares in the Company.
