Report Content Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby publishes thedates of periodic reports in 2026:

- February 24, 2026 - Separate Annual Report of the Bank for the yearended December 31, 2025 and Consolidated Annual Report of the Bank'sCapital Group for the year ended December 31, 2025,

- April 28, 2026 - Consolidated Quarterly Report of the Bank's CapitalGroup for Q1 of 2026,

- August 4, 2026 - Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 of 2026,

- October 27, 2026 - Consolidated Quarterly Report of the Bank's CapitalGroup for Q3 of 2026.

The Management Board of the Bank hereby states that:

- in accordance with § 83 (2) of the Regulation the Bank will not submitthe consolidated quarterly report for Q4 of 2025 and the consolidatedquarterly report for Q2 of 2026;

- in accordance with § 63 (1) of the Regulation the Bank will not submitseparate quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports willcontain quarterly financial information of the Parent Company;

- the consolidated semi-annual report for H1 of 2026 will containsemi-annual condensed financial statements based on, in the scope and inaccordance with the § 63 (3) and (5) of the Regulation.

Legal basis: § 84 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ofJune 6, 2025, on current and periodic information published by issuersof securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
