Şirketimiz projelerinden İstanbul İli, Avcılar İlçesi, Firüzköy Mahallesi, "İstanbul Avcılar Firüzköy 1.Etap 1.Kısım Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi" (TUAL GÖLYAKA) kapsamında, 812 Ada 5 Parselde yer alan 27 adet Konut ve 7 adet Dükkandan oluşan toplam 34 adet Bağımsız Bölümün 12.05.2023 tarihinde Yapı Ruhsatı alınmış ancak proje genelinde revizyona gidilmiş, 2 adet Ofis ve 50 adet konut olmak üzere 52 adet bağımsız bölümün Tadilat Yapı Ruhsatları alınmıştır. Proje kapsamında 34 olan toplam bağımsız bölüm sayısı 52 adet olmuştur.

Within the scope of our company's project Istanbul Avcılar Firüzköy 1st Stage 1st Part Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Project (TUAL GÖLYAKA), located in Firüzköy Neighborhood, Avcılar District, Istanbul Province, a revised construction permit was obtained on 12.05.2023 for a total of 34 units , consisting of 27 residential units and 7 commercial units , locates on Block 812, Parcel 5 . However, a revision has been made throughout the project, and M odification Construcion Permits have been obtained for 52 units in total, consisting of 50 residential units and 2 offices . As a result of this revision, the total number of units within the project has increased from 34 to 52 .

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail
