INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE

Turin - Milan, 31 October 2025 – With reference to the distribution of an interim dividend for 2025 approved today by its Board of Directors, Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that the Directors' Report and the Financial Statements of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. as at 30 June 2025 were made available today at the Company's Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com, pursuant to Article 2433 bis of the Italian Civil Code.
