Resignation of Non-Executive BoD member and election of a new non-executive member. Reconstitution of the BoD

CrediaBank S.A. (the «Bank») informs investors that at the meeting of the Board of Directors today, the resignation of Mrs Despoina Doxaki as a non-executive member of the Bank's Board of Directors was announced. The Board of Directors elected as new Non-Executive BoD member Mrs Aphrodite Sevasti to replace the above-mentioned resigned member.

Mrs Sevasti is expected to resume her duties from 15th December 2025 in compliance with the regulatory requirements of suitability assessment and for the remaining term of office of the Board of Directors, i.e. until 26.02.2028, and will be announced by the Board of Directors at the next General Meeting of the Shareholders according to the Law and to the Bank's Articles of Association.

Following the abovementioned election, the Board of Directors was reconstituted as follows:

• 1. Aphrodite Sevasti, Non-Executive Member
• 1. Christos Alexakis, Independent Non-Executive Member
• 1. Aimilios Giannopoulos, Independent Non-Executive Member
