Transaction in Own Shares

Playtech plc (LSE: PTEC) announces that on 30 October 2025 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC ("Goodbody") as part of its c.£43.7 million (€50.0 million) share buyback programme announced on 25 September 2025.

Playtech has to date purchased 4,061,386 Shares in aggregate through/from (as the case may be) Goodbody and Jefferies in connection with its share buyback programme which commenced on 25 September 2025.

All of the purchased shares are being transferred to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust for nil consideration with a view to the shares being used to fund awards (as and when they vest and are exercised) under the Company's employee share schemes.  Therefore, the total number of shares in issue and the total number of voting rights in the Company remains the same at 309,294,243.  This figure should continue to be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation) (also in force in the UK, from time to time, including, where relevant, pursuant to the UK's European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, a detailed breakdown of individual trades made on 30 October 2025 by Goodbody on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme is scheduled to this announcement.
