Interim Dividend

The Company's dividend policy is to pay quarterly dividends which are expected to comprise approximately 0.75% of the relevant quarter end net asset value, leading to an aggregate annual dividend target of approximately 3%.

The Board of Majedie Investments PLC has therefore declared an interim dividend in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2025 of 2.20 pence per ordinary share, to be paid on 5 December 2025 to those shareholders registered at the close of business on 14 November 2025.

The shares will go ex-dividend on 13 November 2025.
