ANNOUNCEMENT

KEO plc announces that the Board of Directors of the Company at a meeting dated 30 October 2025, has decided the payment of an interim dividend for the total amount of €2.109.096 which corresponds to 5 cent of Euro per each fully paid ordinary share.

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders of the Company that will be registered in the CSE records as at 11 November 2025 (record date). The Company's shares will be traded without the right to receive dividend (ex-dividend) from 10 November 2025.

Investors that will purchase shares by the end of the CSE meeting on 7 November 2025 (Last Cum Date) will be beneficiaries of the dividend. It is noted that investors holding securities (recipients) based on an off-floor transfer which will be completed by the record date (i.e. 11 November 2025) will be beneficiaries of the dividend.

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders by 9 December 2025.
